Digital Remittances VI

Here, religious traditions are an important part of indigenous daily life. Every neighborhood possesses their own temple from big to small. The biggest one, of extremely various styles ranging from early 21th flamboyant to catholic Roman domes and middle age types of canopies, hosts thousands of people everyday. Divided by sects and millions of chapels, those encline to Swedish rites, for example, would prefer the very last entrance, 30 minutes walk far from what is in the local dialect called “the 4th phase”. Of course, not everybody can enjoy the beauty of divine splendor. Only offerings to gods, with the assistance of each chapel’s intercessors, will ensure the true believer access to enlightenment. Whoever enters the temples needs to display respect towards the sacredness of the place, by showcasing their very last apparel, sometimes clearly indicating the seal of their religious belongings. When I asked one indigenous about the famous Swedish worshiping place, although blue and yellowishly recognizable, she denied answering: existential explanations, you see, cannot be shared to anyone.
